The Certificate in Hospitality Level 1is for anyone new to Hospitality or starting your first Hospitality Job. This qualification is aimed at people who would like to learn new skills and develop your abilities to work within this area.
If you want to get started in the hospitality industry and want to work as a kitchen assistant or trainee Chef, have a good basic understanding of catering to enable you to succeed in a job or move on to further study this qualification is for you.
Whatever area of catering and hospitality you're interested in, we have an Introductory Certificate in Hospitality to suit you.
You do not need a job or work placement to take this qualification it will be delivered within Sheaf Training's real working environment.
This qualification is for anybody with experience and already working in the sector who wants to take on more responsibility and progress to a more senior role.
The emphasis of this qualification is preparing and cooking a wide range of food including preparing meat for complex dishes, cooking and finishing complex dishes.
The Diploma recognises the highly expert skills and competencies carried out by chefs.
Start Date: Flexible throughout the year.
Course Length: 12-18 months
This course can help you become a chef or help you to progress to a more senior chef role.
You will gain a high standard of cookery skills and learn other workplace essentials like Health and safety in a modern kitchen environment.
