Foundation Learning offers young people and adults working at level 1 and below a new way to gain the qualifications needed to succeed in both work and life. The foundation learning programme will help you to progress on to level 2 qualifications, apprenticeships, and employment.

The Award, Certificate and Diploma in Employability and Personal Development are qualifications that help you develop key personal skills, qualities and attitudes required by employers as well as to help you progress in education. Depending on the level you take, there are vocational taster units available in various industries.
