This qualification is for people, who supervise other staff, cook specialist dishes and contribute to the running of the restaurant/kitchen.
The Course
The course is delivered by a combination of on site assessment, learner statements, witness testimonies and questioning with attendance at off the job training sessions as required.
Course content includes
To achieve this award you will need to complete 16 units.Mandatory units: - Establish and develop positive working relationships in hospitality
- Maintain the health, hygiene, safety and security of the working environment
- Maintain food safety when storing, preparing and cooking food.
